Customer Reviews
Great sofa, delivery hiccups
I ordered the 4-seat sectional during a Presidents Day sale. The ordering process online was straightforward, and I appreciated being able to choose fabric swatches beforehand. Delivery took about 3 weeks to reach my home in Miami, which was a little longer than I expected. The pieces came well-packaged. Assembly was pretty easy, just connecting the modules. The sofa itself is really comfortable, and the performance velvet actually seems to repel spills, which is great with kids. I had a question about cleaning the covers, and customer support responded to my email within 24 hours. They were helpful. My only minor issue was that one of the connectors was bent, but they sent a replacement quickly.
Love my new sofa!
I got the extra deep sofa with the washable covers and I absolutely adore it! It's so comfy and looks amazing in my living room. I was worried about stains, but the water repellent covers actually work! My cat even tried to scratch it and it held up fine. I'm telling everyone about this brand!
Nice sofa, delivery delays
I purchased an outdoor modular sofa. The product quality seems good, very sturdy for outdoor use, and the cushions are comfortable. It came with the outdoor furniture covers, which is a nice touch. However, the delivery took longer than estimated, almost a month. I contacted customer service once, and they were polite but couldn't speed things up. Once it arrived, assembly was easy. Overall, I'm satisfied with the sofa itself, but the shipping wait was a bit frustrating.
Comfortable, easy setup
Got the 3-seat sofa. It shipped fast. Setup was simple, just connecting sections. It's really comfortable. Happy with the purchase.
Good value on sectional
I was looking for a new sofa and compared a few brands. The l-shaped sectional here was on a seasonal sale, and I got a decent discount, saving about $500. That made a big difference. I also got a small newsletter sign-up offer. It felt like a good deal overall for a modular sofa. The quality seems solid for the price I paid.

How do these compare to Lovesac? Trying to decide between the two for a modular sofa.
Thinking of getting a sectional from here. How long does shipping usually take to, say, Seattle?
Hey, do these guys ever have sales? I'm eyeing a U-shaped one but waiting for a deal.
Is the stain resistance legit on these sofas? I have a toddler and two dogs, so it's a real concern.
